Evelyn Lee (李依霖, b. 1998)
is a Taiwan-born artist, photographer, and filmmaker currently based in New York.
Rooted in painting and storytelling, Lee blends authenticity and introspection across photography and film. Drawing inspiration from classical music, literature, and family, her early painterly works evolved into narrative explorations through portraiture, documentary, darkroom techniques, and Super8mm and 16mm films.
Lee completed her Bachelor of Design degree in Media and Communication design. In 2024, she completed her Master of Fine Arts degree in Photography + Media & Society at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
